Hi! My name is Lara and I’m a travel passionate. I have been traveling since I can remember. There is so much to see, so much to discover… I have traveled up to more than 25 countries and keep adding new ones to my bucket list!  I have created a travel tips and guide website to help and inspire people to travel around the globe.

short intro

China has many things to offer but the one thing I can highlight the most is the astonishing views you get. The photos below were taken in my trip to China back in 2019 as a solo trip for one month.

WHAT I DID:

I flew all the way to Hong Kong and from there took a train to Guilin and another one to Yangshuo. I wanted to make the most of my trip and learn the language, so I contacted Omeida Chinese School and did a one-month Chinese course. As a plus, you can talk to them so you get free accommodation and meals if you help in their marketing or English teaching department. Also, I highly recommend renting an electric motorbike to discover all hidden gems. You’ll be able to charge the battery almost everywhere as most of the transport is electric and everyone is super kind and will let you charge it (even in their houses or small markets).

PLACES I VISITED THAT APPEAR IN THE PHOTOS:

Yangshuo

Guilin

Longsheng Rice Terraces

Chengdu
